We collect as little as possible: your name and email, only so we can send the files you asked for and — if you agreed — our newsletter. We never sell your data and we never send spam.

Editheria Nature Books is an independent natural-history publisher founded in 2025. It trades as a sole proprietorship, so the person legally responsible for your data is Luis Arturo Román Luzuriaga, in Ecuador, and Ecuadorian law governs this policy. Write to roman@editheriabooks.com — that address is the contact route for anything on this page, and it reaches a person rather than a queue.
We never ask for payment details: purchases happen on Amazon and other retailers, under their own policies.
To send the companion atlas and postcard; to answer your messages; to send the newsletter if you asked for it; and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful. Nothing else.
The consent box is yours to untick — the files arrive either way. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list entirely.
We use only the cookies the site needs to work. Our fonts, images and video are served from this domain rather than borrowed from anyone else, so the only outside service your browser contacts here is Cloudflare Turnstile, the check that keeps automated submissions off the free-resources form. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and is not used for advertising, which is why you see no cookie banner. No advertising trackers, and no cross-site profiling.
Only the two founders, and three services we rely on: Hostinger (Lithuania) hosts the site, Hostinger Reach (Lithuania) delivers the newsletter and the file emails, and Cloudflare (United States) runs the spam check and the visitor analytics. That is the whole list. We never sell, rent or trade your details.
Subscriber records stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; messages are kept for as long as the correspondence is useful, then deleted.
Write to roman@editheriabooks.com and we will answer within 30 days.
The site is written for adults and older students; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If a parent tells us we have, we delete it.
If the policy changes we update the date above; material changes are announced in the newsletter.
